The lands of our Association "Iskra" (in all 5000 hectares including 1000 irrigated) are situated in the Odessa oblast's southernmost region of Ukraine, their peculiar climate is favorable for the pericarps of many vegetables, aromatic cultures, grain crops, melons and gourds. Furthermore, the 30-year work experience of the specialist and workers in the former society "Sortsemovosch" and the availability of special equipment give colossal possibilities for growing seeds under order - contract.
Seed-growing farmings' reforming of the former society "Sortsemovosch" under Ukraine's president decrees on land and on ownership shares have created an unprecedented interest from the part of all production collectives' members and farmers in the work final results.
In this connection it is required a precise coordination of the actions of the different cooperatives farmings and farmer's lands on the ground of the Laws of Ukraine on seeds and of orders-contracts from the part of the leading foreign seed-growing companies - even in your person, which sell products in Ukraine. Growing seeds for Ukraine, under your direction, in Ukraine's farmings, excludes customs expenses when importing these seeds from abroad.

Only direct contracts (without intermediate parties from the part of the Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine or the associations "Ukrsortsemovosch", "Ukrefirparfum") and working according to the above-described scheme that also provides the delivery of elite source seed material - this is the groundwork of success and obtaining guaranteed returns. I am proposing you cooperation in the following:

1. We can make seed products of carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, red beet and radish, fennel, caraway, dill, parsley of the subsequent reproductions from those seeds you will supply us.


2. We guarantee that all produced seeds we will dispatch only to the "Customer's Ukrainian representative". For this purpose, sowing and harvesting only in presence of your representative, the representative of the Company - "Customer" or of the company of "Customer's Ukrainian representative".


3. The presence of your specialist (agronomist-approbator), the timely approbation and examination when flowering, the sort cleaning-up of crops, totally exclude the appearing of sort deviations. On the field's days because of that, you and the specialists will not turn red in the face before the visitors.

You can be calm about elite sorts, imported from your country, can be unscrupulously exploited in Ukraine. According to "Vladam" arguments, just for this reason the direction of the company "Clause" (Company - "Customer") does not want to cooperate under the scheme proposed by us. The fact is that the paltry prices for the seeds we produce are suitable for us because we sow close to winter and receive harvest without transplanting roots. Fortunately, as I state above, our climate favors to the non-winterkill and conservation of crops even under temperatures below zero.
This non-transplanting technology is less laborious, and on the other side in Ukraine, there is no equipment for the accuracy landing, as in the West.
However, these seeds, obtained by non-transplanting technology, do not serve for the subsequent reproduction for the same reason that hybrid seeds do not.
Nevertheless, they are excellent for commercial purposes. So, doubts off!

Let us discuss figures, business schemes, in other words, how much will receive from this deal each of the parties of the bilateral or trilateral agreement. This is what about negotiations are always conducted. Though, money is not the most important in our life. Such labor force cheapness as in Ukraine is difficult to find, and in no way is comparable with France. Gentlemen, try to understand! We do not pretend to the bread of the Company - "Customer. It is beyond our powers. We only pretend to the deeds' sales volume increase planned by the company in Ukraine! The "Ukrainian commercial representative of the Customer" pretends to sell these seeds, and we to reproduce this seeds' volume. Everyone has his own bread. At the same time if the "Customer" sells the seeds reproduced by us in Ukraine, then he will gain by saving customs transport expenses. The Company - "Customer" will gain by savings, because in Ukraine it is much cheaper than in comparison with the country where similar sorts of seeds are traditionally produced, if this country is not France or Holland. This economy will permit to reduce on this sum the selling price that on its turn will make your products more competitive.

EXAMPLE: The carrot sort "Scarla" is proposed by the Company "Vladam" (Ukrainian representative of the company "Clause") at the price equivalent to USD 24. I am not asking what the share of the French part - seeds producer is, and what the one of the seller - "Vladam" is. I only ask 3 dollars for 1 kg - more expensive I never sold!
We can produce up to 12 tons of carrot's seeds of each sort per year and to pack them into 25 kg sack tares. God grant you good health to sell for all Ukraine!

Invite to the field's days all potential buyers. Press the heirs of "Ukrsortsemovosch" Empire! In many oblast centers of Ukraine they made a pile on the free bread and using their past authority! And as a matter of fact gentlemen, such possibility for investing that exists now in Ukraine, roughly speaking, to lay your hands at a low price on whole companies, will never happen again!
